+ Is There A Delivery Charge?

There are no pick up or delivery fees.

+ Can I Recycle My Hangers?

Absolutely! If you have any spare hangers please hand them over to your delivery agent and we will recycle them for you.

+ How Long Does Pick Up / Delivery Take?

Our drivers arrive promptly within the 60 minute slot you've selected.

+ Is There A Minimum Order?

We currently require a minimum order of £15.00.

+ I Want My Laundry Washed, Dried And Folded In A Specific Way, Is That Possible?

Of course! You have full control over how your laundry is done. Choose the water temperature, type of detergent and whether or not you'd like fabric softner. You can also tell us how you would like your clothes dried and folded.

+ What Is The Turnaround Time?

You can expect your laundry to be returned the next day after we pick it up. Dry Cleaning will be returned 48 hours of pick up.

+ Do You Try Stains

Yes, we do. While we're usually successful at removing stains we can't gaurantee we'll be able to get it out.

+ How Do I Pay?

You can register your Credit / Debit Card details and we will charge your card for each order you can also pay cash.

+ Is My Credit Card Information Secure?

Yes. We don't host any of your Credit Card information, but we host and process all transactions via our partner PCI Level 1 Service Provider, which is th strongest level of PCI Certification available.

+ How Should I Prepare My Wash, Tumble Dry And Fold?

No need to seperate darks and lights. Simply bundle your general laundry into your laundry bag making sure it's seperated from any items you want dry cleaned.

+ What Is Wash, Tumble Dry And Fold?

Casual laundry including underwear, PJs and gym gear. We will wash your lights and darks seperately at 30 degrees and tumble dry at a medium temperature. Your clothes are then folded and slipped into a fresh bag.
